Established in 2021, Oyshi Oysters is a privately owned company. Our core business is providing oysters of the highest quality. Oyshi Oyster is an import focused business. The oysters are sourced from Class A nutrient rich waters in Ireland with full traceability from shore to market. Our farmer have a wealth of experience and heritage as they have been oyster farming on site for over 35 years. Through the experience, tradition and passion, we are pleased to offer our finest oysters with unique quality and taste. What gives our oysters their great taste is a combination of some of the cleanest sea waters in Europe, the extreme tidal ranges and the passion of the Ferguson family for creating a beautiful oyster.
