How to store oyster?

• Shucked oyster best time to consume within 3 hours to serve the best umami and flavor.
• Unshuck oyster can be store in chiller/ fridge for 3-5days. 
• DO NOT KEEP IT IN FREEZER!
• SHUCKED OYSTER DO NOT CONSUME THE NEXT DAY AFTER DELIVERED.

How to store UNI?

•  Keep uni for up to 3 days in your fridge at low temperature after receiving it for consumption as sashimi. 
• Please do not freeze uni, as this will affected uni's texture & taste.
